Refund and Returns Policy
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In order to return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 business days of receiving the refund request and due authorization of the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 5-10 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
Mode of Refund
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, wrong order, quantity mismatch, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT/Bank Remittance.
We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:
Defective product received – Only product image required.
Wrong product received – product image required.
Incomplete order received – product image required.
Please send the product images to our official E-mail ID as mentioned in the website along with your order id.
